▪️ Cut and fill of original site to accommodate new design levels with importing 6F2 and type 1 material in the region of 2400 tonnes.

▪️ New drainage system which included attenuation systems.

▪️ Construction of new RT Wall to support the new concrete slab.

▪️ Demolition of existing wall.

▪️ Over 365m³ of new reinforced concrete installed.

All  the above works were carried out while the existing business was fully operational which was a result of careful planning by all parties involved.
